Who we are

We are a lead-generation service: we collect enquiries from people interested in home lending and pass them to third-party licensed financial advice providers who can help.

What we collect

• The answers you give in the on-page check (region, timeline, deposit, KiwiSaver, income and debt ranges).
• The contact details you choose to give us: first name, mobile number and (optionally) email address.
• Standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, collected through the analytics and advertising tools described below.

Why we collect it

• To show you your check result.
• To have an adviser contact you about your enquiry — this is the purpose of the site, and we only do it with your consent.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

Your details are shared with the third-party licensed financial advice providers who service your enquiry. That is what you are asking us to do when you submit the form. We do not sell your details or pass them to unrelated lead brokers.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. When you submit an enquiry, a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your contact details may be sent to Meta so it can match the enquiry to an ad. Meta cannot read the original details from the hash.

SMS verification

Before we accept your enquiry we send a one-time code by text message to confirm your mobile number is real and yours. Your number is shared with our SMS provider solely for this purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to service the enquiry and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them.
